Should I lose my virginity and become a man before I die?

I understand you not seeing it but I can promise you that you have no idea. I'm 36. I may or may not die. I've wanted to die since I was younger than you. In both good and bad ways, I couldn't have imagined my life when I was 20. You can still literally be or do anything.
If I die its because I can reasonably foresee my future, my job prospects etc. I have a history with women and I can see that even with some change, things are going to be a certain way. You're not able to do any of that. You dont know at all. There are plenty of guy who were virgins at 20 who end up becoming ladies men, it means nothing... at least not yet

I know you may be older, and you may have thought that your life may have been on a better track than everyone else's, or you had suicidal thoughts that faded in and out at the time but because you ignored them, things got better, but, I don't think someone is necessarily "too young' to CTB. I think you should look at it through different lenses.

If a 20 year oldgirl commits suicide with no prior suicidal thoughts or intent because of a breakup, was that the best answer?

But if someone who is 20 has lived through a life of misery,has constantly had everything they love go up in ashes, has had their mind fucked by tons of prescription medications with passing family members, and abused and tortured so much of their life?

That depends on the person.

To me, it seems like OP asking if their virginity should remain intact before they CTB seems a little immature, as, I don't think if I was in such of a state of preparing for suicide in a super deep way that I would be so concerned about what I would be like before meeting my maker, CTB, what I wore really, but...

Some people care about it because they truly believe in certain religions. Some people want to wear things like rubber pants or something so that when they empty their bowls after death, their loved ones don't have that much of a whiplash when they open the door to see someone dead.

Some people care about where, when they die for different reasons.

I would politely ask that you look for more CONTEXT rather than age, because everyone's situation is different, and projecting yourself onto other people because of their age, I believe, is a very near-sighted way of looking at it.

My life, at my age, could bounce back too but there is a history I could look at and have some frame of reference to predict the future. I just don't think you can do that at 20. You are right to some extent, you can give yourself the second chance. I did that when I was 17. Now I am 22 and things went much worse. Life is ruined without exaggeration. Being 17 I had some chances to fix everything.

I completely agree. I'm not outraged about everything. I just know that I had a fear of having my feelings rejected on this forum because of how old I was or because of the things I went through. I don't really think you should (@Miserable) define exactly what other people are feeling. It makes sense that you don't want to see young people die, and I don't think people particurally *want* to see anyone die, which is why this forum is pro choice. Also, why you have to be of age to join this sort of discussion, the age being 18.

I would politely ask that you perhaps think more about empathy, and, how youwould feel ifthe only answer someone gave you when you were 20 years old was "You shouldn't do it because you're too young". I don't wish to argue with anyone on this site, and I want to make it clear that, my main goal isn't to make you feel bad @Miserable , my goal is simply to help other people not feel invalidated because of what might be a huge misunderstanding.
