Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Im planning on ending it tomorrow using full suspension hanging. My problem is, i can't lose consciousness no matter what i do??? Im trying to test it first just with my hands to see if it works. I try to change hand placement on the neck, lay down, stand up, stretch my neck ect. Nothing except the temporary loss of hearing, and the feeling like my head is going to explode. Same story with the rope.
Im becoming stressed out, i don't know what im doing wrong. Should i just practice more? But it kinda hurts and i don't want it to be noticeable.

Hanging does hurt and the feeling of your head exploading is probably from the buildup of blood pressure.

If you get the placement right you will be lights out after 8-15 seconds, but it does hurt. You can put a plastic bag under your neck to prevent rope burn.

Also If you really want to practice you should not be using just your hands, anchor the rope to something.
