I always liked those bullet journals where you rate daily your mood, sleep, anxiety or any other thing you want. I never followed through with it for long tho. So I was thinking of creating that log here. If you want to log your anxiety, sleep, mood, or anything else - I suggest doing it here to see how it fluctuates. Just mention what are you rating. I will be rating my anxiety. I'll try to do it everyday.

I just got suddenly productive last midnight and get works done so now I'm only worrying about the rest.

this is a clever idea! thank you for posting this. i'll be scaling my mood from 0-10 (0 for nothing, 10 for ecstatic. might go into the negatives for distressed or depressed or something). will also be slotting in productivity because i'd like to start being more productive, as doing so has a significant impact on my mood.
