Ok, I'll try. My ADHD makes it nearly impossible for me to do anything long-term -- hell I nearly have to have a checklist that says "Wake up, breathe, open eyes, breathe, walk to bathroom, breathe, piss, breathe, wash face, breathe, brush teeth, don't breathe, spit out toothpaste, now breathe ... " just to get my morning started without forgetting something.
Sleep: 7.5/10 I have to use drugs to get there but whatever.
Anxiety: 9.0/10.0 Not usually an issue for me but this moon phase is doing me NO favors.
Depression: 2.0/10.0 I'm okay. Nothing I can't handle here.
Suicidal Ideation: 2.0/10.0 Has been pretty low lately but I think that is because I am FINALLY focusing on what makes me happy, instead of focusing on what makes everybody else happy.
Mood: 7.0/10.0 I woke up feeling pretty good.
Productivity: We shall see. Lol
