Plastic bag suffocation but.. with a twist

Hi Everyone,

I know that the plastic bag has been known to fail due to the pain and eventually ripping it off. Some people have even mentioned biting through the bag. What are your thoughts on layering your face first with a towel or shirt, and then wrapping the bag around your face. Please let me know your thoughts or which way you have favored and why. I was also considering carbon monoxide in a storage unit, but unfortunately, I won't be able to lock it from the outside.

This is very unlikely to work. You only have a few seconds to tie your hands securely before you start panicking, which is where it went wrong for me. And trust me, if you mess up, you're not going to be able to try again after experiencing that.

I suggest not to go this way. I've tried a plastic bag over the head. You've got to be extremely commited and desperate to go through with this method.

When you start gasping for air, and the bag runs out of oxygen, each breath you take you'd be sucking in the plastic bag into your mouth.

And let's say you manage to tie your hands somewhere, your body will start to kick into SI mode. You'll be trying to rip through your tied hands to a point you'd be pulling so hard that you wouldn't mind losing your arm to get the damn plastic bag off your head.

That few mins struggle will feel like an eternity. From my experience.

This was my original method a decade ago and I bought handcuffs to prevent tearing off the bag. I took a bunch of sleeping pills prior to it to make suffocating easier but that made me fail the attempt.

Suffocation is a awful way to go anyways, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're desperate.

They knocked me in and out of consciousness and caused hallucinations. I was unable to move the entire time. I took them prior to putting the bag on etc.

This may sound stupid but what do you think of overdosing on sleeping pills while in a lake so I drown while out? And what kind of sleeping pills, melatonin or something else?

I used Doxylamine.

They're probably not going to reply to you because this is a year old thread but yes, I think they mean it's so traumatic you won't try again. Idk...maybe with enough meds in your system it could work. The best set up is to somehow have the bag close as you lose consciousness so you don't experience the suffocation but how you set that up? I have no idea.

One of my friends ctb this way. I believe he was drunk when he did it. However I advise against this method as it sounds painful and SI will be strong

This is my preferred method. But with benzos and painkillers. The idea is that the bag will close once I start getting drowsy.
