I'm actually going out on my road bike today after a four-year and nine-month absence. I don't have my music situated yet as I'm trying to download my iTunes library into my Android and I'm having some difficulties with that. But, I'm going riding today nonetheless. This has always been the best thing for my moods,
@BipolarGuy, and I'll limit the length and intensity of my ride to try and keep myself from becoming manic. The downside for me from cycling is it tends to trigger my mania. However now that I'm Mindful and better understand my Mania and have learned I believe all of my triggers I can better self protect.
First, I am, about to load up on some coffee at McDonald's. It's now 5 a.m. and it's opening time at my McDonald's and just like a Pavlov dog I'm out front salivating ready to get inside.
