I'd have so many questions about the terms that the devil would probably get annoyed and rescind the offer lol. It just sounds too good to be true. I want to know what I'm really getting myself into. But my wishes would be:

1. Perfect physical health
2. Amazing mental fortitude /mental resiliency
3. Go back in time to October 2017 with the knowledge I have now.

As for money, martial arts, getting girls, etc I woudn't worry too much because having all the knowledge I know + learning new things all the time, I'll probably make a nice amount of cash and with girls, I never had problems really.
