I'd have so many questions about the terms that the devil would probably get annoyed and rescind the offer lol. It just sounds too good to be true. I want to know what I'm really getting myself into. But my wishes would be:

1. Go back to my childhood and discover my interest for music at a young age. I used to be very artistic as a kid with drawing/painting and wish I put some of that into learning an instrument, instead I just gave it up.
2. I have this undiagnosed problem that caused me to constantly clear my throat literally every 10 seconds of my life for almost half my life now. I wish I never had that happen as i believe it plays a large portion into my being on this site.
3. I wish I didn't think so shitty of myself. I wish I didn't assume that people that didn't even know me disliked me, or that they'd be embarrassed to hangout with me. So I guess a higher self-esteem, much higher.

OK, I have thought about this and there are some really excellent wishes and we can all prayer something magical happens in our life's to change the shit situation we are in, so I have decided to change my 3 wishes for just 1.

Hmm, if I had to choose other things it would be 1) limitless amount of money, 2) don't want to sound weird, but limitless amount of women, 3) a time machine.
Secret 4th wish: the 1-one-button death, always comes in handy.
I need to transform my bus into a time machine, destination will be happiness

If there was a devil and he wanted my soul, that would mean it had some value bigger than just 3 wishes. And the fact that the devil exists means other things might as well, and I probably shouldn't risk screwing myself.

2) Have a body in shape all the time in spite of any kind of food I eat
3) Ability to cure people diseases or end their lifes like some kind of eutanasia effect. (gotta be careful or I might end up in prison lol)
As for money, martial arts, getting girls, etc I woudn't worry too much because having all the knowledge I know + learning new things all the time, I'll probably make a nice amount of cash and with girls, I never had problems really.
