This is one of them.

I am 31 and never had a gf.
Only went on a few dates years ago that went nowhere
And I only had sex once.
I have social anxiety and I am very shy with females + I look like a 5/10 on a good day.

I gave up on trying to find a gf.
In today's world of dating apps only Chads who are 9 or10 get a gf.

So I will never have a gf.
But you know what?
At least I am not the only one.
I saw a documentary about an obese British guy who ate himself to death.
I am sure he never had a gf.
He was bound to his bed and couldn't move.

Also there are many Japanese guys who spend decades in their room.
"Hikikimori" they are called.
I am sure they never had a gf too.

Being socially awkward is one thing. Having a "girls only go for looks" mindset is another. This talking point is extremely frequent with men who tend to generalize every single woman and dumb us down to shallow, evil creatures. I promise you, the vast majority of straight women I have talked to have "looks" as one of the lowest priorities on the list.

I'm trying to be as nice and sympathetic as possible here. Starting out with seeing women as potential friends and fellow humans in general, without the "mating" aspect would significantly raise your chances and make you a more approachable person.

Perhaps op is different, but for me, "having no gf" means I am completely undesirable as a person. Nobody values me. I want a cute girl to gold my head to her chest and tell me she loves me and that I have value as a human being, but this will never happen because I am a shy, autistic male man with 0 social connections who will never get a scrap of attention in his life.

I feel a bitter and visceral rage whenever I see happy couples in public, knowing I can never have that. I even get angry just seeing women at all, knowing none of them see any worth or value in me. For me, "having no gf" is a crushing despair that grows worse by the day. I want to have a family someday. I want to have a cute little house in the woods, with some chickens and goats, where my kids can run around and play in the grass, but I don't get to have nice things because I'm shy and don't know how to approach girls or something.

I don't know. This is definitely a rant on my part. I'm just so sick of being alone and unwanted. I'm too angry about it to CBT yet, but eventually the crushing despair will become too much
