Hi guys feeling ill , have this symptoms for over 2 weeks now. what do you suppose it is?

Yes i know dont take advice from the net and i dont intend to, im going to the clinic tomrrow. Just want to see if people here had similiar issues or what you think it is.

1. No appetite , dont even have to eat all day and never get hungry, feel full .
2. feel full of acid reflux, even with anti acids and ppis still have reflux.
3. Constipation, i use to go everyday now i only go once every 3 days and it smells horrible and so is when i pass gas
4.Sometimes mild stomach pain .
5.cant sleep, wake up at night either choking or feel an impending sense of doom.
6.stomach bloating .

Except for constipation - which I do, but I go about 5 times a day - the rest is the same since I was a child (maybe at 9, now I'm 44).
But I don't know if they are symptoms because I've been getting tired of doctors' answers for years.

Excepte pel restrenyiment -que si en tinc, però vaig com 5 vegades al dia- la resta és igual desde que era un nen (potser als 9 anys, ara en tinc 44 anys).
Però no se pas de que són símptomes perquè ja fa anys que em vaig cansar de les bejenades de respostes dels metges.

I think you need to see a doctor very soon or possibly go to an urgent care center or an emergency room- maybe there is some typ0e of blockage in the intestines, why knows. This sounds serious and it needs to be looked at soon.

Another possibility is stomach cancer, but i still think a stomach ulcer or virus is more likely.

I was just thinking about you and this thread, and was wondering if you saw your doctor and got any answers or help. I hope your doctor listened and either ordered tests or created a plan of action to help you feel better. I have a lot of GI problems (mine aren't due to an ulcer, they don't know the cause so for now they just say "IBS" but I feel like there's more to it) so I empathize with you about how bad stomach/bowel issues can make you feel and affect your life and I guess that's why your thread has stuck in my mind. Anyway I hope you got some help/answers/relief from your doctor and are either feeling better already, or will be very soon.

This was my immediate thought as well. Please see that if it does not improve that you have an endoscopy done. I know we're on this particular forum? But FUCK living with a stomach ulcer, suicidal people don't need any extra pain in their lives.
