Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

He apparently talked to someone on Discord, and told the same story to the guy who later posted on Reddit. So unless there was another guy at the same time around the same bridge and later at that train station, it can't be anyone else. He would be back here sharing that story about the amazing coincidence, as there was one reported casualty.
