Failed attempt

I failed hanging for 2 days, in the first day i could't find the carotid. In the second day i found exactly the point and almost died, i could even feel my consciousness going away, but i panicked, start to shake and stopped the attempt, it happened twice.

I'm posting this because i wanna try the CO method now, kinda feel this time is for sure. I don't know if it makes sense, but the fact of the CO method need more steps to get it done e also need to wait until everything is ready, makes me anxious and afraid.

Anyone feels anxious and afraid when trying those methods wich need a long preparation too?
I gave up hanging because i could't find the carotid anymore.

SI is a problem regardless the method.
Were you attempting partial? The ease in ending an attempt is the main weakness of this method.

I didn't regret, in the first day i cried a lot cuz i was drunk and felt so frustrated for not being able to find the carotid. In the second day i didn't regret too, but i felt fear and anxiety.

I feel so afraid when i realize that death is imminent and be drunk is the only way i find to overcome this.

Yep, you gotta reconcile SI. Its hard for me too. Unfortunately theres not much that reliably helps with this. But it can be done.
