SN came today (from ebay source, took 12 days). Got the domperidone as the antiemetic. Still undecided about taking the ranitidine as the antiacid (because of its effects on the domperidone absorption) or to skip it. Diazepam and paracetamol for sure.

Wasn't expecting everything to be here so soon. Will spend the rest of the week tying up more loose ends at home and then head off somewhere scenic to either try the CO again (which I'm still feeling the groggy weed-like effects from) or go with SN.

I know we've all been through this a million times but any thoughts on stat dose vs regime, antacid or not, much appreciated. I realise there are no clear SN CTB answers which is what attracts me to the CO method again (even though I failed!) but any general consensus would put me at ease.

Shit gets real when it's all there in front of you. Fear, yes, but a feeling of power in my hands even more so. Taking back control. Being the captain of our ship. As the poet Dylan Thomas said, "sailing out to die."

Last few days to go....

I wonder about doing both simultaneously. Methemoglobin and CO might have a cumulative effect.

Setting up CO is quite a lot of donkey work. Getting one done at a time and doing it properly is the aim...I've got 5 or 6 days more to get it sorted :)

Diazepam to take away the panic and to make me sleepy (15-20mg usually enough to knock me out)

I used to have some prescribed, damn, going to have to go without and hope I don't panic too much.

You've took the time and answered some questions of mine on here regarding SN so thanks a lot and safe travels.

If we take in account both are lethal under certain concentration, react with the same (limited) molecule and are reversible, such combination may be redundant and more prone to errors. This leads us back to what was said many times here already: high enough dose and not be discovered. Indeed, it is interesting question, but the complexity of the whole equilibrium is beyond our range likely, no offence mates.

I am glad to hear you feel the rudder back in own hands, friend.

Cheers @Stan, your calm collected thoughts have meant a lot. Still deciding whether to try CO one more time on the weekend or just go for the SN then. I've grown to have so much respect for the CO method, like a minimalist Japanese ceremony of sorts. Ashes to ashes and all that. But it's good to know that SN is on hand now too. Thanks again for all your input. I'll be on here the rest of the week (maybe more) so not to worry for now
