To be honest, I really envy countries where you can buy firearms or street drugs—you have better opportunities than we do to commit suicide painlessly. Because of my medical condition, I can get prescriptions for tramadol, compound dihydrocodeine, and large quantities of lorazepam. However, I'm not sure how likely it is that this will put me into a rapid coma, since a tramadol overdose can very likely lead to 5-HT syndrome, which causes seizures—yet I can't prescribe higher-strength medications.

I'm planning to use:
40 x 100 mg Tramal
120 mg lorazepam
100 mg dihydrocodeine
10mg Ondansetron
4mg Alprazolam
1g SN capsule
Pregabalin（if it is helpful）

To those familiar with drugs and medications, is this plan reliable? Has anyone tried this before? It would be terrible if I were resuscitated—I only have one chance.

The risk of death is high primarily when multiple drugs are used in combination. I'm thinking that taking 100 mg of methadone might help—since I have no opioid tolerance, it would effectively lower my blood oxygen saturation.

Yes, it's definitely possible to kill yourself with less, and a poly drug OD is more lethal than just taking one kind of medication. There's no way to calculate how much of each drug you should take to kill yourself, though.

Obviously you can do whatever you want, but I don't understand how taking the meds you have at the same time will kill you. If you truly have one chance, this is not a good way to use that chance.

almost none, you could try guiding the doctor to prescribe it for you. In my country, seemingly harmless medicineare really easy to get on local hospital.You can try putting SN into enteric-coated capsules

Every drug OD Ive experienced caused some degree of vomiting.. even drinking too much alcohol makes me violently puke. I don't think it's reasonable to expect not to vomit from an overdose or poison attempt but maybe I'm wrong about this. I would expect to vomit from taking the amount of pills you listed.
