(This did actually happen to me!)

I would take his/her hand and say let's go!
(In reality I'd no doubt be totally taken aback and refuse, but I'd like to cultivate more broadminded reflexes.)

Hmm... I just might agree. I don't think I'm going to ctb any time soon (and probably not by jumping off a bridge), but why the heck not?

Hmp well they don't promise to start with the head. They're likely to get around to the head sooner or later, but we don't know when.

As for disembowelment, if they do it after decapitating me and let my head look at something else, ok. Otherwise: Next!

No because if it doesn't go through enough for guaranteed death then you'll be there waiting for hours and may be found before you die.
