• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

hugs to you
Do you think that the people that hurt you will be aware that they hurt you?
I think they know exactly what they did. They just don't care. I was a foreigner American in Poland. I meant less than nothing to the Poles as an American. A walking dollar sign basically. I am also in the US now an ocean away. They don't see the pain and suffering not that they would care. My life doesn't mean anything to them. If I died tomorrow by suicide and they found out I cannot say their reaction. Of course it would vary as well.... However, I think there would be laughter and maybe a very sarcastic "too bad".

That said bad people do bad things. It's their nature. They can change and become good and change their nature. However, that is rare. People rarely change and even rarer is it for people to change if they aren't forced to. No one should be surprised. We are taught right and wrong as kids. Some people just don't care. It's up to good people to stop bad people from doing bad things and up to good people to make things right for what bad people have done. For me I have seen a lot of the bad and none of the good. I am not convinced that particular good exists outside of a cognitive concept.

Edit: Hugs to you too.

Im scared people will remember me as being a coward for choosing to ctb
Making the decision, preparing the chosen method, and finally doing it is so much more courageous than "toxic-positivity" and useless phrases from pro-lifers that don't solve the personal problems at all that lead to the decision that CTB is the only way out.

You are certainly not a coward and anyway after you CTBed you do not have to care about this world anymore you'll be finally free from all your suffering.

Remember it's all your own personal decision!

If people think in such a way then I don't believe they are worth thinking about, if someone believes that about suicide then they lack any compassion and are completely ignorant. It should never matter what other people think, I personally view suicide as courageous and I envy those who free themselves from this existence they were burdened with, preventing all future suffering and harms, for many in this cruel world death is the only relief.
