Spring is starting. Everything around you is returning back to life, after a long period of coldness and death (winter). Birds are singing, falling in love, building nests.I don't understand this
I don't like spring or seeing things return to life lol. I prefer coldness and death. My favorite seasons are fall and winter.Spring is starting. Everything around you is returning back to life, after a long period of coldness and death (winter). Birds are singing, falling in love, building nests.
Combine that with a nice outside air, and i'd imagine that it makes one feel better to be in that kind of environment. You're being "contaminated with life" so to speak
your mind is focused on the environment and not too much on yourself and your thoughts. That helps you feel better because the depressive thoughts are gone and when you get home it's likeWdym?
Hmmm... Maybe your body does like it, but your mind doesn't. So you somehow feel better, but it's not quite in the mindI don't like spring or seeing things return to life lol.
I feel better when I go outside in autumn and winter tooHmmm... Maybe your body does like it, but your mind doesn't. So you somehow feel better, but it's not quite in the mind
I don't like other people thoughI don't think we're designed for being indoors and on our own all the time. We're still animals at heart- I think we probably do need fresh air, sunshine, nature and other people around now and then.
The sun also gives you UV rays which cause skin damage though. Personally I hate the sun and sunlight, I hate the sun shining down on me. I do agree that maybe fresh air helped my mood thoughNature helps distract your mind from the materialistic world. If I could live in a forest my depression would go down. The sun gives you vitamin D which can help depression . Our ancestors spent most time out in nature we weren't meant to be cooped up in boxes
Yes, only about 10 min of sunlight then get out of it and always wear sunscreen take umbrellas everywhere like Japanese women do. I love being out in the rainThe sun also gives you UV rays which cause skin damage though. Personally I hate the sun and sunlight, I hate the sun shining down on me. In that case maybe its just a different environment that makes you feel different. Environment really has a big impact on mental stateI feel better when I go outside in autumn and winter too
I don't like other people though
Believe me there's so many things in life that will cause your skin more harm than the sun.The sun also gives you UV rays which cause skin damage though. Personally I hate the sun and sunlight, I hate the sun shining down on me. I do agree that maybe fresh air helped my mood though
Like what?Believe me there's so many things in life that will cause your skin more harm than the sun.
That is so true. We are designed to exercise a lot and be outside. That is how our ancestors lived in the hunter gatherer society.I don't think we're designed for being indoors and on our own all the time. Life stressors. So many things in the atmosphere alone. And besides, if you want to stay alive, there's just going to be things that you encounter out there. If you don't then I guess you get amazing skin until you're deadLike what?
Doesn't milk have that already?Girl it's Vitamin D lol
Pollution and chemicals in the food for sureBelieve me there's so many things in life that will cause your skin more harm than the sun.

I agree you don't need a lot. Just go for like 15 minIf you're interested, you might want to read this article : https://cathe.com/is-vitamin-d-from-the-sun-the-same-as-vitamin-d-from-food/
But in a nutshell : The vitamin D produced by your body when exposed to the sun is a different type than the one you get from foods. The one from the sun is stronger. So, just by drinking milk you might not get enough.
As far as I'm aware, plenty of studies show that being outdoors in nature is generally positive for ones mood.I don't understand this
I know girl. Me neitherI don't want to stay alive lol
