That's not true. Recent studies show that we create neurons and neuronal connections at every age.Our brains stop developing around 24-25 years old.
Oh yeah I know, barring conditions like dementia our brains will still do all that stuff, learn and make memories. I meant the major developments like the growth of the prefontal cortex.
