Method What type of shotgun?

Alright, I'm currently in college and summer break is coming up for me, I'm going to get a job over the summer. Part of my plan is that I want to save up to buy a shotgun, but I know little to nothing about guns. So, is anyone out there that knows anything about shotguns, it would be a great help. I want something that would guarantee my death, like something that would blow my head clean off.

Been researching the same method. I'm planning to buy a 12 gauge, probably a Benelli M4. along with some slugs as they're effective for killing large game. I'm sure the force would be enough to blow your head off - watched a video of a guy testing it on some ballistic heads and a point-blank slug completely eviscerated it.

Budget option but requires a gun dealer and background check.
(Also you must be 21+)
Any modern gun you would need a background check on in the United States, and you can't have it shipped to your home. If you buy an older rifle however, such as this one (C&R, technically the gun Lee Harvey Oswald used to kill J.F.K.), then you can have it shipped to your home. You do need to verify with an ID, but they typically do not run background checks for C&R rifles as far as I'm aware.

You could kill yourself with blanks. Also an M4 costs thousands of dollars unnecessarily so you're better off with any other shotgun (or gun at all).
