I've been wavering around on my preferred. Originally was going to do charcoal, got all the stuff, but its so time consuming I got thwarted several times just trying to get it set up. So I switched to SN, got that and some of the other meds needed but I'm going to try the night-night method first and use the SN as a fallback.

i almost had this on 1200 mg of trazodone but si led me to the hospital ):
my heart rate was below 40 and blood pressure super low, if i had stayed in bed and passed out i wouldve slipped into a coma and died peacefully from my heart slowing in my sleep

I think it's over 100 meters. I will go up to the roof of the building and jump.

It's peaceful and quick if you get it right. I think if a person concerned hasn't called an ambulance I would have died. Empty stomach and you'll be in bed after 30-40 minutes
