What happens when you shorten the required time for SN (48 hours) to 1 day?

Does anyone know what may happen or if it can work? I've noticed numerous of goodbye threads of people doing it and got curious. I've realized 2 days lasts too long for me as it's too much time to doubt and back out which is preventing me from going through with it especially because I don't want to waste the primperan.

The only thing I can think of is that using the meto an extra day will more likely prevent vomiting but even that isn't guaranteed. So would shortening it matter that much?

Probably not much changes. There is no science behind these methods just a suggestion by some guy named Stan.

8 hours fasting. 1 hour before no drinking. Then the regiment.
