I keep reading that N quickly loses its potency when exposed to air, and that there's no means of resealing the bottle once you remove the rubber stopper. This design is irritating and makes it hard for people who want to accustom themselves to the taste or try just a little bit to test if it makes them drowsy. Is there a means of vacuum sealing the bottle after you've opened it so that it isn't continually exposed to oxygen, or is that initial one-time exposure to air enough to soil the product for good even if you do manage to reseal it?

So far the only vacuum-sealers I can find for bottles are specifically made with wine bottles in mind...

The best option might be to find a different bottle that's easily resealable. Then you can just keep the N in there after opening the bottle it came in. I don't know if the brief exposure to air would reduce the N's effectiveness though.

Here is a suggestion. Pour some Argon into your bottle and cap it. The Argon will protect your N from O2.

If you open it, once exposed to air, it will last a month, regardless of being resealed. Best way is to buy a syringe, take off the blue cap, leave the metal and rubber stopper on the bottle and draw out what you need through the rubber. Rubber automatically reseals. Can reseal itself 50 times.

Would just any syringe work or would I need to specifically purchase the one from the Exit International Nembutal Sampler Kit?
Thank you

Yeah you want a proper sterile syringe. Can order them outside of exit and most likely cheaper. Just make sure they are sterile and legit.

That's an interesting idea. The Argon wouldn't interfere with me eventually drinking it?

I wouldn't do that. It's not mentioned in the PPH. Just use a syringe and keep it closed until you use it.
