Had more meetings with her since the last post I made about it. And while I've said some more, nothing extreme.

When they asked if I had made plans or ideas to CTB (obviously not that phrasing) I said I did out of just morbid curiosity, more of a "what if" than a plan. Close-ish to the truth at this point.

They also asked if I had done SH, which I have but I haven't told anyone yet for obvious reasons. I did, to make it seem less like I was lying, brought up some time where I had to 'cut' myself to get a splinter out. Should I just tell her the truth? People have asked about the scars on my arms and for now I just say they are from my cats. I have since, when I do SH, moved to my stomach and thigh so it's out of view, however it's much harder there…

Will telling her the truth get me sent to a ward?

If you let a professional know that you have suicidal ideation or a plan to CTB they probably will do something about it. It depends on each person, some may tell your family or get you to ER. Depends on what you share also.

Mainly thinking of telling them about the SH
