Venting I hate it when my bestie is having fun but I'm not

So basically me and this other person, we work at the same place and even call each other besties. But we're both very different people with very different personalities.

Last night she told me that she had no money left for her mom and little brother and asked me if she can borrow my money for a while. I was shocked at first since she's my bestie and I actually hate people that are asking for money and never returned it / returned way later.

Turns out she's just joking having fun with her friends while having a dinner at a nice restaurant somewhere.

I have quite a lot feelings towards her, I actually kinda liked her and actually congratulated her for her birthday right at 00:00, but seeing her happy with their friends while I'm depressed and on my meds is kinda infuriating. I once asked her if we go to cinema, watch movies and eat dinner somewhere she rejected and said she has no time and don't wanna go outside more often.

Idk but it made me even more depressed than before... I can't have fun, and be happy for a while.

it hurts a lot to have a best friend who tells you they dont have time/can't hang out/doesn't hang out but then is always hanging with others. im sorry you have to go through that. friends treating you bad can hurt a lot and i wish more people understood that.

I've had this happening to me countless times. It hurts. One of the reason I stopped talking to people and having friends. Can't bear hearing about their happy lives all the time, it just sucks.

Have you considered attending a munch? (Ignore all the sensual stuff if it comes up. Mostly just normal people talking about anything being as open as you get)
