I don't see why not? It certainly won't make it less effective, and it's probably best to not lay on your back in case you vomit.

If you are really sure then go and dont look back. Maybe dont write too much to your husband all day long, I think he know you very well and could know something. If you are on business you have less time to wrote. Maybe a last sms in the evening.

If you are in the bottom of your heart not sure with your dicision for committing suicide then there is no shame to let it go and dont do it. Also with a suicide partner.
