Discussion todays the day for my ctb, SN method

huyy guys, today night at midnight im planning to ctb through SN method, now its 11am in here, i have 13 hours remaining for my ctb, im following the 48 hour protocol. need your tips or any advices on this method before i do it. at 11pm ima take paracetmol 1000mg 1 tblet, and at 11:20pm 3 metaclopromide tablets, i will make 2 solutions of SN each having 25gm of SN and 100ml water. plss do give me some tips and suggestions. right now feeling a bit scared , but i should do it for my peace,i hope i get the strength to do it. i love yall...

100ml water is to much i thought pph said 50ml per glass

I've found that even on my true ones I didn't know at the time that my last meal might be my last one. So I'm just kind of curious if having something like SN makes that a bit different or something, not sure. Even when they were planned, it was more like the planning happened over time well before the 'day'. The 'day' just kind of became the day that day for whatever reason.
