UPDATE: @Anxietykillsme vomited twice, got really dizzy, and laid down. At 35+ minutes after dosing, he was still awake and said "I don't think this is gonna kill me".

We haven't heard from him since. Only time will tell.

You can recover on your own, but will feel like absolute crap for a couple days without medical treatment. I would call for the ambulance. With covid-19, odds of being sectioned seem very slim in UK.

Worst part is, even if you take a second dose, there's no knowing whether or not you'll vomit that up, as well.
