Do you need help ?
Then you should write 2 posts so that PM will be activated for you
I don't think I can go through with it tonight. Sn seems too risky perhaps for now to attempt. The other person discussing

Thanks for reaching out. I'm holding off for now trying the sn, seems risky. Hope the op is alright. Feel like hell but being on this site helps. We're not alone. Positive energy & prayers to everyone.

I can only imagine how unwell you feel right now. It is advised to seek medical help with a failed SN attempt. Though it is possible to recover alone it's hard to say how much of your system was compromised. If your fingers or lips are blue you may not be oxygenating well, which can lead to organ damage over time.

It can be very emotional to wake up after a suicide attempt. Please feel free to reach out if you need a friend.

I'm still alive, I might phone an ambulance, been knocked out the mast few hours
I hope u be well. Are u sure about the quality of ur SN. In case of vomiting,
Vomiting is common even with metoclopramide After vomiting second SN can guarantee ur CTB.

I would like to know what OPs dose was, and whether they fasted, how much water they took etc before jumping to any conclusions, and whether they took Anti-emetics, and whether they tested their SN. I dont think we have any credible stories of someone failing after following Stan's guide to a T. The only failures have been those where the correct steps weren't followed, or where we can't tell because they didn't give us enough information, or where they called for help. In my opinion this is the least risky method because firstly there is a very high rate of success if the correct steps are followed, and secondly there is no risk of long term damage that we know of.

Thanks! Still would like to know more. I guess we also don't know if he made it yet - unless you know more than we do.
unfortunately I don't know anymore either

I suspect, however, that he survived unless he drank more a few hours later.

I suspect it is because he woke up after being unconscious for a long time and was able to write. I interpret this to mean that he could only hold back a little SN in his stomach.

But that's just a guess !

I hope I'm wrong and he doesn't have to live with this experience until the ctb point is reached again.

I'm alive. Had to call an ambulance in the end, was in very very bad pain. Felt like I was honestly high as fuck and couldn't stand up. Was completely blue according to the paramedics. SN definitely isn't for me and the hospital is helping me with mental health support.

Hi all, I haven't posted much on this site & I accidentally posted twice while I was writing, then couldn't figure out how to delete or edit a post. Feel stupid. Hope everyone is well. I too would like to know the above about sn exact steps taken by op & if they followed all the recommended steps.

I fasted for 8 hours and had very little water before. Didn't take Ae as it's hard to get in the UK, I think even with AE I still would've struggled to keep it down as the taste was causing me to gag. There is no long term damage, except for the next few days I'll be pissing blue which looks totally awesome by the way.

Hey. I hope you're safe now.

Did you decide to ride everything out on your own, or did you end up calling the ambulance?

I was out cold for around 2 hours and woke up with intense pain in my stomach and head. I probably waited around ten minutes before phoning the ambulance. The blue solution they use to overturn the effect of SN does work well, so no long term effects. I was so disorientated as when the paramedics were banging at the door, I couldn't stand up I had to crawl.

I have been following this post, sorry if this sounds cruel but i am glad it failed, as you said the hospital is helping you with mental health support so i am hoping you get the support you need and you can recover from all this.

Goodluck and my best wishes

Where did he say he's getting mental health support from the hospital?

Also, the support hospitals give is absolute rubbish and temporary relief.

I'm also glad I failed. It made me realise how much my family and friends do care about me. Hopefully my anxiety will be solved sooner or later.

I believe I posted it further up. It's not support from the actual hospital, but they've referred me to an organisation which deals with pretty serious mental illnesses (they classed it as pretty serious as it was planned in advance)
