Tinder and Social Media make me feel suicidal also
As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.
Here is something you need to realize. Women are not all alike. Just as you would never lump every single person of for example one race into the same exact mold and way of thinking, you cannot take 50% of the human race and put them all in the same basket and say they all think alike due to being programmed by nature to all like the same things.it's a major turnoff, do to the fact women inherently want someone strong, they can trust and emotionally rely on. even if they say otherwise.
it's hardwired In this predatory and unpredictable society..
In general women don't want a weak desperate man. Obviously there's exceptionsHere is something you need to realize. Women are not all alike. It would be like saying all white men like to twerk due to nature programming them that way.
Women are varied in how they think just like men are.
If I said men inherently want someone passive who does what they are told would you believe that also?
I don't know how you get your ideas. If a man behaves in an obnoxious way they may have a problem. Or if a man is stalkerish or scary. I don't think of it as "weak desperate" I think of it as not acting right. As in not taking no for an answer, going to her work all the time, calling her too much, following her around, being too aggressive. In general women don't want a weak desperate man.
I'm simply going off the op.. did he say he was stalking girls on tinder? His quote was after they talk to him they disappear and he's desperate for love.. no offense to the poster but desperation is a sign of weakness.. granted if he's expressing it by being aggressive as a means to compensate than I can see how it wouldn't appear as being "weak" from a woman's perspective.. but at it's core it's a symptom of low self esteem etc..I don't know how you get your ideas. Don't try to find love there. All women there are rotten, yet they have unlimited demand. Because there are more guys on the app.I have no other place to vent this so I hope you guys can listen to me. I did it again, installed tinder once again and it makes me feel a complete loser. No likes, no matches, when I get a match a woman starts to talk to me but she disapears into the unknown darkness leaving even more frustrated. I'm so desperate to find someone to love me but I'm pretty sure I'm using the wrong tools.
Again, sorry for venting this here, it's not related to the forum purpose but I feel at home here.
You can be metood, if you do certain things on dating apps. Or even worse, if you become delusional from too much booze, you can write ridiculous stuff on dating apps which makes anyone suicidal.Dating in general nowadays is terrible especially during this pandemic heh. Dating apps are one of the few ways left to show interest without getting fired or #MeToo'd, sad fact.
Marriage rates are at an all time low, cheating and hedonism are on the rise. Dating isn't the fairytale bullshit they sold you when you were a kid.
I'm not sure I get where you're coming from with that last part. Dating in general is rough on anyones emotions, especially anyone already suffering from depression. You can be metood, if you do certain things on dating apps. I don't believe in fraternizing with coworkers as it's always a terrible idea. I do believe it's having a real effect on how men approach women outside of work. There have been multiple studies recently proving it.I just don't get the logic of how these apps work. Meeting someone based on physical appearance isn't going to give you any information on the person, and if you're just rapid swiping based on how they look how can you ever really meet somebody? I have found that how attractive somebody is to me is very much based on how I feel about them. People are always more beautiful when you love them.
@Brick In The Wall I get the whole metoo thing in a work setting especially when one of the people is in a place of power above the other, but is this actually affect your day-to-day life if you're walking down the street or at the store and you see somebody you would want to approach? Personally, I would probably feel a little harassed if my boss was like "if you hook up me I'll give you a raise", but if some guy walks up to me on the street and says "hey do you want to go get a cup of coffee or something?" I wouldn't feel harassed. I would honestly be quite flattered if I got any attention nowadays lol.
They're not safe for me. Screenshot is bettter evidence than verbal one. And not in criminal, but reputational way.I'm not sure I get where you're coming from with that last part. Dating in general is rough on anyones emotions, especially anyone already suffering from depression.
The whole #MeToo thing has killed cold approaching for men in the real world. Which is why I'm saying that dating apps are basically the only "safe" way for men now.
Oh, I've said my share of stupid things to women. I'm not worried about reputation or ego. Criminal charges will not just put your ego in check, they'll stain your record, and drain your finances. They're not safe for me. Screenshot is bettter evidence than verbal one. Saying bs on dating apps is main reason why I'm suicidal.
Saying delusional things to women is not criminal, but it will destroy your reputation and make you suicidal.Oh, I've said my share of stupid things to women. I'm not worried about reputation or ego. So yea, people can think whatever they want of me. As long as I'm not criminally liable lol.
That's quite sad to be honest. Also, I would like to think that's why people don't approach me anymore but I think it's a combo of having kids and I'm old now. Oh well people can kiss my old butt if they can't see past that.I don't believe in fraternizing with coworkers as it's always a terrible idea. I do believe it's having a real effect on how men approach women outside of work. There have been multiple studies recently proving it.
Men are also far, far, less likely to propose marriage now. But I believe that's a symptom of modern culture and not directly correlated.
I don't know what a "metooer" is. The me too movement is about women being sexually assaulted. It's very common.Metooers get more evidence from internet dating than from normal ones.
And about making stuff up, too. If there is no evidence, then no one cares, but if you are a normie pervert with picture evidence...I don't know what a "metooer" is. The me too movement is about women being sexually assaulted. It's very common.
Sorry Im not following you.And about making stuff up, too. If there is no evidence, then no one cares, but if you are a normie pervert with picture evidence...
Let me explain, you are more likely to be metood from solid evidence than from word-against-word-evidence.Sorry Im not following you.
If you commit a crime and someone has it recorded then yes you will be more likely to be arrested.Let me explain, you are more likely to be metood from solid evidence than from word-against-word-evidence.
As much as we can call dating a crime. If you commit a crime and someone has it recorded then yes you will be more likely to be arrested.
When I was in Thailand there were hundreds of go-go girls everywhere. The main issue brought up by the people who had been there to the area once or twice before.. was determining which of them were the females, I guess depending on your preferences...You and every other male there has a woman account. And transexuals, don't dismiss them, you could be missing out on the best thing of your life.
But what do I know I'm just another flaky woman. Men on those try to have cam sex mostly while their wives are out.
Maybe take a break from this thread :)Lmao this thread is making my depression so much worse...
Virtual hugs, op, hope things get better for you. :)
