I don't know how you get your ideas. If a man behaves in an obnoxious way they may have a problem. Or if a man is stalkerish or scary. I don't think of it as "weak desperate" I think of it as not acting right. I'm simply going off the op.. did he say he was stalking girls on tinder? His quote was after they talk to him they disappear and he's desperate for love.. no offense to the poster but desperation is a sign of weakness.. granted if he's expressing it by being aggressive as a means to compensate than I can see how it wouldn't appear as being "weak" from a woman's perspective.. but at it's core it's a symptom of low self esteem etc..

Either way, he needs to start loving himself and figuring out why he brings value to a relationship instead of just pleading for someone to accept him

Internet dating is ruthless and the dating world is an unforgiving place.
I'm sadly too ugly for success on or in either (so don't try at all and stay lonely) but I watch so many people get hurt so much by both.

I have no other place to vent this so I hope you guys can listen to me. I did it again, installed tinder once again and it makes me feel a complete loser. No likes, no matches, when I get a match a woman starts to talk to me but she disapears into the unknown darkness leaving even more frustrated. I'm so desperate to find someone to love me but I'm pretty sure I'm using the wrong tools.

Don't try to find love there. All women there are rotten, yet they have unlimited demand. Because there are more guys on the app.

Don't try to become a jester to get women, it doesn't work. Find women elsewhere.

I say this from experience. My jester tactics went so desperate that I'm a pure clown now and I'd like to disappear completely.

I'm not sure I get where you're coming from with that last part. Dating in general is rough on anyones emotions, especially anyone already suffering from depression.

The whole #MeToo thing has killed cold approaching for men in the real world. Which is why I'm saying that dating apps are basically the only "safe" way for men now.

Unfortunately Tinder and other dating sites are designed in a way that has everyone chasing after the top 10% in terms of physical attractiveness of their preferred gender, and ignoring everyone else. Almost nobody is making their choices based on who they would actually date or be attracted to if they met them in real life. How you do on dating sites doesn't reflect on your worth at all, and honestly they're just all around bad for people's self esteem, mental health and love life. They're made to bring in money from boosts and subscriptions, not actually help people form relationships.

Meeting someone based on physical appearance isn't going to give you any information on the person, and if you're just rapid swiping based on how they look how can you ever really meet somebody? I have found that how attractive somebody is to me is very much based on how I feel about them. People are always more beautiful when you love them.

@Brick In The Wall I get the whole metoo thing in a work setting especially when one of the people is in a place of power above the other, but is this actually affect your day-to-day life if you're walking down the street or at the store and you see somebody you would want to approach? Personally, I would probably feel a little harassed if my boss was like "if you hook up me I'll give you a raise", but if some guy walks up to me on the street and says "hey do you want to go get a cup of coffee or something?" I wouldn't feel harassed. I would honestly be quite flattered if I got any attention nowadays lol.

Oh, I've said my share of stupid things to women. I'm not worried about reputation or ego. Criminal charges will not just put your ego in check, they'll stain your record, and drain your finances.
