Discussion Those who survived their last attempt, what was your method and what went wrong?

My last proper attempt (not counting when two days ago I went to jump a building and failed) was when I tried to strangle myself while still being with my beloved, before passing out I heard his voice in my head calling me sweetie and telling me to calm down and that he'd be there, so my SI went insane and I tore it off of me to live for him, sadly

I OD'ed on opioids and benzos but I didn't stop breathing for some reason, only reduced breathing
my friends found me 15 hours later and called the emergency services
I was in a coma for 4 days and in the ICU for 10 days
now I'm in a grippy socks jail

In all of attempts I end up standing up as soon as I feel pressure on my neck. I will just do FSH when I will decide to actually kms.

Hung myself but si is a bitch i ended up doing a pull up on my anchor point and moving the rope to the side its all a blur i deeply regret it but cant control si 🫩🫩

I tried PSH and what kept me from ctb was SI.
For my future attempt I will choose a more effective option, PSH is definitely not for me.
