I'm trying to find out how to answer a question of "how are you?" to someone I care about, and worries about me.... I'm hoping the answer 'alive and breathing' is the right response.
Overnight gas station attendant? Drastically reduced customers, but you'd definitely want a place that staffs 2+ people at night.

I have to say that's a good idea.
Granted with him, he'd see right through it. He's severely depressed right now... let's just say when I got on the discord for here, I clicked his name to see if we had that as a shared server. He totally sees through everything!

I did this for a few months between teaching jobs. I just sat in a room and sent out car quotes and if they were interested referred them to a salesman. I never had to speak to a customer, just email.

Really? I worked in 2 different car dealerships and they didn't have anyone doing that except receptionist and one of the managers who did a variety of other things did it as well. Maybe it was just those 2 places.

The job title was like sales lead specialist or something. It was a huuuge dealership so probably not every dealership has that stuff. My coworkers were boring as rocks.
I'm better after a day of napping and some Tylenol.

I t hink that title was similar to the dealerships around me. Granted they were like one-of-like 5 delearships across states, and they were like infinity dealers, mercedes, etc--so the high end cars.
I worked in a nice one and the other one was a dump. They liked to put off every responsibility on the receptionist. I probably just got unlucky. I see light housekeeping/custodian jobs that I might try and apply for. I actually really liked my custodian job but that particular place involved too much heavy lifting so maybe office buildings won't. The person who cleaned the corporate office I used to work in just did basic stuff.

I knew there was a reason we were kindred spirits. I only use paper and plastic as well. Too lazy (and depressed and tired and dizzy most of the time) to stand over the sink and wash real dishes.
I do know it's not good for the environment, but since I'm the only one here, I tend to reuse paper and plastic several times.
