10am anti sickness + diazepam
12pm anti sickness x3
3 pm anti sickness x3 + diazepam
4pm 20g Sn in 40ml water.

I'm not going to document my progress as I'm turning my phone off.
Iv tried to get well but the demons just return again and again and I upset so many people. It's not fair on them or me anymore. I appreciate everyone support on here, and wish you peace on your journeys x

i'm sorry it has come to this. If you are really sure, also prepare a second dose of SN, in case you vomit too much.

You can change your mind until the very last minute before you take the SN. It's no shame and people won't judge you for that here.

I'm so sorry its come to this, I've been wondering how you are since your last post and I guess now I know that things haven't improved. Like others have said your SS family is here if you change your mind. I'm not sure if you'll even read this but I hope you find your peace
