You can get paracetamol which is advised. Anti sickness is a possibility. I dont know what country you're in. Ideally you want the solution yo absorb as fast as possible so fasting is recommended. If you lie down you can help prevent the sickness

According to textbooks, If you cut off oxygen supply completely to the brain for about 5 secs, you lose consciousness, if continued more than 3 minutes irreversible brain damage occurs and if continued more than 10 minutes death is a certainty.
you suffer similarly from this conditions if you ctb with SN and the durations differ due to a fair amount of functioning red blood cells still present in your blood.

I guess this option of trying to convince a doctor may be more viable in the US than many other countries. They hate giving out benzos here, it's like a last resort so simply saying panic attacks probably wouldn't fly.

Will probably get them off the street personally. Not ideal but should be okay if tested beforehand.

You might pass out and hit something and make noise. Just to be safe book a hotel and do it there. The worst possible outcome is someone finding you while you ctb.

actually im ashamed because i watch it on youtube that almost all of the members here in SS are in there 20's. but i will tell you my age in pm.

Ingesting SN makes you nauseous you might vomit and if you don't make any noises, any family member can enter your room and find your current state. It's a big risk.

is antiemetic drug can help you not to vomit? i just hope that i will not vomit. actually they rarely go into my room because they know that i don't want people inside my room, i want to be alone always, that's depression makes me, and i only go out dinner to eat and back in my room again, I don't eat breakfast and lunch. in that case they will be not interrupting me after dinner around 7pm until 6:30pm. the next day, so when i dont go out for dinner the next day, that's the time they will interrupt me and maybe go to my room and ask me for dinner, and if i wont answer because i pass out or successfully die then thats the time they will bring me to hospital, so there's a lot of time passed already. and my question is, in that span of time , will you be able to recover from it if find out and bring to the hospital?
