Im wondering if Sodium Nitrite was listed in lost all hope statistics, how would it be ranked, specially in agony. Considering Cyanide is ranked as 55 (0 to 100), Hanging is around 25 and CO is 18, how would SN agony be scored in your opinion?

SN is very similar to CO in its action, with the addition of some stomach pain.

I would split your 30g up in two. Take 15g and in case you throw it up and decide 100% upon death, you have a backup available.

They say to limit as much fluid you drink as possible to keep from vomiting.

Yes but too little water may make its taste too salty and difficult to swallow.

If it's all depends about puking or not, then basically it doesn't matter if you take SN even whit alcohol or when you already drunk..i mean if you will puke, you just take another backup dose or even 3rd dose of SN and should work same way as whit meds and empty stomach??

A couple shots to wash down the taste won't hurt. Use common sense.

Mechanism of death with SN is hypoxia caused by methemoglobinia, not much to do with the heart. It shuts down your brain by removing oxygen from the blood.

That sounds painful, a bit like but worse than hanging. Is it as painful as it sounds?

People who have failed it have gone at it again. This must mean they have not found it very painful. I don't think it is comparable to hanging. It is more akin to CO poisoning.

After a little while of attempting to pump what basically amounts to the consistency of chocolate... Methemoglobinia means your blood will have its oxygen replaced by iron.

Haven't read anything about any interactions with meds. I take Seroquel as well and definitely didn't find any reactions between those two.

I did, problem with the antiemetic i think.. dont really remember where i saw it or what it said

Seroquel has a potentially bad interaction with meto. On the other hand, most antipsychotics make for decent antiemetics with the added attribute of being able to put one to sleep.

People often die in their sleep from CO poisoning, so it can be assumed that the symptoms are not particularly painful nor distressing.
