Anyone have advice or know anything about using prochlorperazine instead of meto as an anti-emetic? Like what dosage to use, or if anyone in the past has used it in place of meto? The SN Bible thread and PPEH both mention it as an alternative to meto.

Honestly this is the method that mostly everyone here with a goodbye thread uses, but I am dumb and have no idea where these secret little sites are.

I've thought about just using Benzocaine like the user Jisatsu used (seems like they were successful?). Benzocaine is available online and easy to find.

Metoclopramide. Its the recommended anti-emetic for the SN protocol

metoclopramide and benzodiazepines, are they easy to get? i'd rather not get a prescription from my actual doctor. budget is not an issue. located in the USA. open to alternative meds as well but ideally i'd like to have the most recommended options.

what would be the best method to get these? ordering and shipping them from another country? any hints as to reliable sources?

I'd better not provide any direct links (it would come up in the store's Google Analytics as a source of referral traffic) or store's name, just to be safe. What I can do is give you a Polish keyword to look for and find an abundance of potential sellers: "azotyn sodu - czysty" ; "azotyn sodu sklep Polska" if the first one doesn't show anything. @Chabrychek

Edit: You can also search with "azotyn sodu wysylka do europy" as there seems to be European stores with shipping to multiple EU countries. Hope you find ways to cure that meat :)

I just checked a few websites and their terms&conditions, and most of them are offering EU shipment (Spain included).

If you have trouble finding information, some of those sites have PL/EN language switcher - if they don't, just Right-click -> translate site to English. It should make it easier to navigate and not struggle with our language :D.

But another safe google query would be: azotyn sodu czysty "hiszpania". It will filter results that have "hiszpania" - Spain in polish - or "any other phrase put in quotation marks" mentioned anywhere in the content.

@oono Of course it depends how you want to make a payment (card, BLIK, wire transfer), but in general you shouldn't have any issues with payment as the currency exchange should be automatic.

I might attempt this method as a backup if hanging does not work since i found a source

however i do not have anti-emetics, have no transportation or proper means of being able to do so. Will this be a major issue?

I might try to fast some hours before but that week long procedure is relatively tough for me as a person. But i seen stories of people still dying despite not taking the long road, so i have some confidence this will work.

I would take it at least 30 minutes prior to the SN... Maybe 60.

I made a post about it but why would taking 8 tbsp of curing salt with 6.25% of sodium nitrite not work? I am 95 lbs and plan to take this much but do not understand why this wouldn't work as 1 tbsp seems to be 1 gram of sodium nitrite

It's actually very easy to get at least in Spain. A simple search in Spanish will get you the right source. Got 500gr for ~12€ with no delivery issues
