Hello. I've been lurking and just ordered the fishy SN today.

For olanzapine as an anti-emetic, how long should you be on a regular schedule before attempting to ctb? I've got a couple of months worth stockpiled, but I'd like to leave earlier of possible.

are you allowed to take a sip of water when you take the tablets for anti emetic, painkillers and antacid? stans guide says not to drink 2 hours before but you have to take those things 30 minutes - 1 hour before the sn.

Yes you can. But the less you drink, the best it is.

I know there's a risk of vomiting but does anyone know if SN causes diarrhea? (Meto has that side effect, not sure if I want to used that.) I have severe IBS, currently flared up, and antidiarrheals do not work for me.

How important is taking Tagamet/Cimetidine with SN? From what I can gather from Stan's Guide the most important thing is the antiemitic, everything else is kind of an extra, I might be wrong though. I want to save as much money as possible, so I don't really want to buy a medication online that could potentially be seized. I'll ask in my pharmacy if I can get it over the counter.

Hello! I attempted and failed with SN 3 months ago (by attempt I mean I backed out n didn't drink it all. I still personally consider this an attempt). There's plenty left in the bottle though! Is what I have still effective even if it was opened? or to be safe, should I just buy some more? TY

So I've got the SN but I am having a really hard time sourcing an antiemetic. There are no places that I can find where you can buy one without a doctor's prescription. I am on a time crunch and I need one ASAP. God this is so frustrating!!!

Lately SN has been particularly hard to acquire in Italy. Some young men ctbed with it, one tried to kill his own mother and successfully murdered his stepfather.

Yeah I knew about that, I was also looking for SA for this reason but I doubt it would be easier to get.

It's most likely still good, but I would still test it with test strips.

But if you have easy access to new SN it's probably easier to just buy a new one.

Hello there just have some questions for this thread.
How long can I keep the SN if never opened? Because I'm considering purchasing this now out of fear of not being able to find it later.
And if I do can I keep it in my bedroom that gets up to 90f in the worst of summers?
I and just to get this correct, SN, Olanzapine (in the place of meto), tagamet, and a benzo would be all needed?

I am bummed to see on the latest version of PPeH that this is really necessary to potentiate the SN not just to stop anxiety / heart rate symptoms. It is necessary to help you fall unconscious faster so now I am struggling and will not be able to attempt without it. I have all the things for SN (Tagamet from jungle, SN from Polish friend, meto and benzos from doc) except for propranolol. Not option to ask doctor, they are really ridiculous with prescriptions here and very surprised I managed to get the AE with only symptoms. We are not allowed to choose doctors here either, get what you given.

Does anyone have a link / site / contact for propranolol in EU? I am in The Netherlands. Please PM me if possible.
