28 hours. Time for a last burst of motivation. I have to just run around taking care of the ordinary admin of a life. I wish I'd known about this site and SN sooner. I'm gonna try to compose a little piece of music later and post it here. I don't know why. I think my first goal in life was to compose little pieces of music and put them out into the world. For most of my adult life I was trying to become a writer, so it's really surreal to have people reading stuff I write for the first time, even if it's just this idle chat while I wait for the end.

Thanks. I have to compose it first. I've always compulsively deleted or destroyed every piece of art I've ever made, so I have nothing to show you right now. To get the timing right to ctb in 24hrs I have to sleep now, then I'll stay up all night composing and post a youtube link here in the morning.

@chillmungo I wish you all the best for your SN CTB and i appreciate the fact that you'll compose some music in the midst of such an event. I'll be watching closely should you also regularly update your experience once you take SN or if you post your full regimen as well because I do like to compare regimens as it is since I have everything I need in the meantime.

I'm not sure if I should do that, as the site might still be open on my browser when I pass out, and I might need to really focus on not vomiting. I'll see what I can do.
It doesn't have to be a heartbreaking thing. My heart breaks for people chained to the world, unable to leave.
The regimen is this, taken from Vizzy's SN Bible, but with the times adjusted for CTB at 2pm and domperidone instead of metoclopramide.

| 23:30hrs | Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid. |
| 24:00hrs | SN drink |
I truly do wish you the best with all of this. As Per PPH and some of what Vizzy himself stated, Antacid isn't needed but hey, members who were here years ago and apparently ctb with SN did use it.

I've had similar thoughts (not about SN or this site in particular, but just going out on my own terms using a relatively "peaceful" method, as well as finding supportive communities, in general). I could've gotten my affairs in order instead of leaving a mess, left some money for the one family member I care about instead of going into debt just to drag out the inevitable, maybe crossed off a few things from my bucket list, and passed during some of the more "peaceful" times during the pandemic shutdown.
Thanks for sharing your journey, and hope it is peaceful for you should you choose to see it through to the end. I'll keep checking in on this post since I plan to go the same way.

I'm not anxious at all, except about surviving. It would be a disaster if I lived. I've come close to attempting scarier methods (i.e. jumping off a pier with a weighted backpack tied to me. Jumping off a bridge etc.) but backed away. I've also seen what it's like to come back from that and keep living. My head is clear. I know what I'm doing. I'm 31 and I've been thinking about this since I was a little kid.
