I always see how SN is a more 'peaceful' way to CTB and low risk of consequences but I'm confused. If it depletes you of oxygen and your skin is going blue and everything, shouldn't you get brain damage or something other? I've seen a lot of survival stories that don't necessarily say anything...

Hi. If there is a failed sn attempt, for example you will vomit and a few grams of sn will remain in your stomach. Will this cause any distress? Or if you are rescued and pumped out?

if i knew what the potential damage from co, i would never do it. i tried it survive and 2-3 weeks after the brain damage getting worse and worse apparently there is immune response that keep destroying the brain long after. i want to try SN, but does it have the same delayed damage? i cant...
