I didn't realize that my husband felt bad, instead I pushed all worry aside. He told me what he wanted and I haven't been doing that at all, I haven't been making him feel better at all. I feel so horrible, I've already thought of relapsing, that wouldn't do anything now tho, just make me feel better. We haven't even had sex at all today, he keeps being silent when I bring it up which hurts more bc he can't even work the nerve to actually tell me. I need sex to stay stable but I haven't had any.
