Hello darkness my old friend!!
Personally my sleep pattern is fucked through the last week :

Saturday night - 6hrs
Sunday night - none (2hr nap in the day)
Monday - 4hrs
Tuesday - none
Wednesday - 5 hrs
Thursday - 3hrs ( + 2 x 2hr naps in the day)
Friday - currently 4am...

I'm not currently on any medication but if you have suggestions to help I'm all ears. What works for you?

I actually miss sleep as it's the only time my brain switches off and gives me a break.

I don't really keep track of how much sleep I get... but your sleep schedule looks horrible, especially those days where you have no sleep at all! I would need so much makeup to cover up those dark circles!!

Lately I had been struggling to get to sleep early and not wake up in the middle of the night several times, but ever since I started using white noise a couple days ago, I've been sleeping like a baby. I actually just woke up a few minutes ago from a nap and I usually never take naps. I had my white noise on to relax and must've passed out for a couple hours.

So, wait, your poll, is it for total sleep for a week, or a day? Cause you listed your whole week. :)

I've always been a night owl and averaged 6 -7 hrs approx then would sleep in on weekends.. but now the last 3 weeks I'd say have started to get terrible and it's starting to affect my memory and abaility to work... people are commenting on how run down I look so suppose my feelings are finally reflecting on the outside !

I ll try the white noise and see if it helps ! Thank you!

I've always been a night owl and averaged 6 -7 hrs approx then would sleep in on weekends.. but now the last 3 weeks I'd say have started to get terrible and it's starting to affect my memory and abaility to work... people are commenting on how run down I look so suppose my feelings are finally reflecting on the outside !

It's always interesting how differently depression effects people. Some people sleep all day, others can't sleep at all. But even with too much or too little sleep, I bet we all can agree that insomnia sucks!

Exercising might help too. :)

Definetly, I have a doctors appointment Thursday so will bring it up as I can't go on like this !

I'm fairly active but I have been slacking lately just haven't got the motivation !

I hope you and your doctor find a solution to your sleeping problem! :)
I found having workout buddies whether online or irl is very motivating.
But for now, maybe you can keep practicing to beat the world record for no sleep! 11 days and 25 minutes! Jk. That sounds horrible.
If all fails, I'll be willing to be your last resort. Apparently I have this skill to bored people to sleep. ;)

I've tried valiums before 20mg of that seems to do the trick pretty well !
Have to say I've just lay here for 10mins and the white noise isn't for me... find it very annoying lol! Don't know wether I'm wound up at that or just myself as I can see it being another sleepless night.

Yeah I have two guys who still go to the gym without me and still message a few times a week but I cba to socialise with my headspace at the minute!

If I keep this up I may be there! More than happy for a sleeper hold or to be knocked out.. starting to wonder if I can do that myself. To google!

Haha, I'm sad it's not working for you, but it makes me happy that you actually tried it out! :)

There's lots of natural sleeping remedies out there, but you never know what will work for you! Hopefully you find it.

Insomnia is the worse. I do. It sleep more the 2 hours a night. I have tried every sleeping pill on the market.

I usually head to bed around 3am and wake up 7-8am. Way too anxious and nervous all the time I can't sleep any longer than 4-5 hours.

I sleep like a baby most nights. I have no issues whatsoever. When I'm awake I'm as anxious as. But I sleep pretty soundly and easily. I love sleep. I average 8-9 hours or more.

I'm loving life. Still doesn't mean I don't want to go. A lack of sleep is not one of the factors at all. I love you, sleep.
