Venting SI kicked in - partial hanging - "succeeded" before

Hi. I have tried partial hanging before. Both times I lost consciousness. It was quick and painless. Except my belt broke. Now I tried it with a secure harness and all of a sudden SI kicked in and I am unable to even move my legs back. I think its cuz last time I didn't have any guarantee that it would work. But now I do.
I have to CBT today, I don't have a choice. IDK what to do.
