Help How should I hang myself?

(Sorry for my poor writing; I don't speak English very well.) I need help hanging myself. I tried the partially suspended method, I've made many attempts, and the only thing I feel is the sensation that my head is about to explode. It's a bit hard to breathe at the same time, and I end up with neck pain. The only sign that I'm "about to lose consciousness" that I've experienced is hearing sounds as if they were far away. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I tried placing the rope below, in front of, and above my throat, yet I still haven't managed to lose consciousness. I need help. I need to die this week. I'm becoming desperate, and this is the only method I have access to.

if you figure it out let me know. but i can never accomplish it this way either. i can never cut off my oxygen or blood flow enough to make it happen. when i seen people hanging themselves in videos to get an idea of how it happens and how it is done, i can never replicate it myself. i always wonder how they are able to do it so easily. even when they are struggling on the rope they never quit or try to reach out to stop themselves from losing conscious. it never happens for me, it hurts more to the point i fight back then i ever get close to accomplish it. i fight back because i never am able to do it good enough to go through, it just hurts as i explained and i am still breathing so i can never able to accomplish it

I really understand you. I find it difficult, partly out of fear, and other times because I mess it up. I've tried several times to position the rope around my neck, but I never get anywhere; I always stop when I'm afraid things might end up worse like suffering brain damage or dying, but not in the way I'd want. Every time I try, I cling to the hope that I'll succeed, but I never do. It's incredibly frustrating, and that only deepens my despair about remaining here. I truly hope we can both manage it someday. In any case, I wish you the best of luck, whether you go on living or decide to take the other path.

I've seen it, I followed all the instructions, but I still haven't managed to lose consciousness. I really wonder what I'm doing wrong. I've placed the knot in every possible spot on my neck and just can't find a way to make it work. Still, I really appreciate it, thank you so much.

ok so i tried using my fingers on my carotids, and the trick to blacking out with them is to hold ur head forward like a bird or smth. anyway I didnt fully black out nor could i do it while sitting or laying down, but standing up in front of the mirror and doing it gave me the signs that i was hitting my carotids (feeling the temp rising in ur head and ur vision going black even if ur eyes are open). idk when ill ctb but if i dont say anything else then u could assume it worked, ill use a lan cable since i used a thinner fabric last time (the string thing from ur hoodies and pants) and bigger is better to a certain point

did you try to add padding or try with a different material entirely , I couldn't get it right with a rope without padding either , i used a towel (almost curtain like cloth) to test and it worked and I lost consciousness pretty quickly .

Partial suspension seems really hard, I couldn't even imagine succeeding with partial. Is there a reason why you guys choose partial over FSH? Like is there an advantage of partial hanging I'm not aware of? Because it just seems so much more straightforward and less prone to failure to just do FSH instaed of PSH.

fsh seems more painful if i had to imagine and way harder to find a suspension point

I tried with a different towel after the successful towel and it just hurt me , you just gotta find something that works I guess , different angle different material different size yada yada .
Some people do it first try, idk how :(

In my opinion partial suspension has no advantages provided that you really want to die. If you have stepped off the stool and hang full there is no turning back and death is guaranteed, if your set up does not break down and nobody disturbes you.
Partial hanging requires high willpover not to stand up again. Even after passing out it can happen that you free yourself if you choose partial.
Gallows and rope have to take about the same load in both cases because you will move in agony.
The pressure on the neck is in any case high enough if you hang full, whilst it may be to low, if you hang partial and are able to controll the pressure and pain by yourself.
The only disadvantage of full suspension is that it requires a higher anchor point,

I don't know anything about these benzos or where to get them. Should I just stand on floor and hang? But still there is this brain exploding feeling.

you can get it from your doctor if you say you have sleep problems and stuff. easiest is from black market.

kinda hard to do it if your instincts to live are way stronger than the pain you are having

I can't visit a doctor now, can you say how to order them or maybe in my country they would just sell .

like, they wont kill you, just make you feel nothing while using other method.

Yes I've read here for some time . I'm not rushing into anything, thats why i stopped when i felt brain exploding thing.
