An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
I will save this thread, and I hope that I can contribute with something before we head into 2021. I'm happy for all the achievements you all have made so far, whether it's big or small ones.
Sooner than I had expected. Today we had to dedice which hospital we want to have our clinical rotations in our 5th year. I got my first choice! It's not until January 2022, but it's a big relief. I hope I make it that far. I have exams coming up this week, and that's killing my soul.

A nice gesture. I used to do that with my mum's bird table. I'd also chuck any spare food on the garage roof for them.
I'd suggest soaking the bread in water if possible so there is no danger of them choking on it as bread isn't part of their natural diet. Also, maybe don't put too much out and give them a carb OD they'll be flying everywhere as if they are on RedBull LOL. And ofc any bits of other things like old fruit or nuts etc will be good for them. I used to buy lard and mix it all up into lard balls for them, they love that. Good point to leave water out for them too.
Ahh, there's two things I can think of. One of my friends challenged me to not apologize to him for a day, and it went really well. Instead of immediately apologizing for everything I was forced to think more about my words. Feel grateful to him for setting the challenge. :) Also, during one of my breakdowns yesterday I was just laying on the floor in a random room lol. My cat doesn't like being anywhere but my room, but she came to find me and laid next to me for a few hours. That was a nice thing.

My working place is closed due to COVID-19 so I work from home. Since I'm a commuter, this means that I can get up later in the morning and get home earlier in the afternoon. Perhaps more importantly, I don't have to listen to my colleagues' babble.

This Thread is such a great idea Today i made it through a rough day at the day hospital i am currently at, with facing myself with one of my biggest traumas which is crippling fear of getting rejected. Also this post here is a step forward, as i am very uncomfortable with getting seen, even as an avatar.
Made it out Monday night and just laughed with friends for hours... it's been a long time... then I found something at home that I think might have been making me sicker than I needed to be... let's see
I can touch myself again in a non sexual way without shuddering/shivering up my spine and feeling extremely dirty, been a good month this time, wasn't fun.
Maybe not a fully positive thing but I recently found out Factorio and I literally play this game every time... I even dream about it lol. It's very addictive but playing it lets me forget about the world.
While negotiation a deal, the other side was asking if it's going to be a problem, if there is a problem. Did not expect them to see that and clear it up in advance. Another good impression :)
I found this perfect job, basically it's got my name on it). I'm definately qualified and passionate enough to be called in for interview, but FIRST I'll have to apply. So this weekend I'm making my first video- cv. I thought I would film my presentation like an interview, and then break it up with short video clips of myself in "daily" life. Since this is a music manager job, I'll probably mix in audio/ music as well. I think 1 min + would be enough.
For the first time, I saw a hedgehog at night roaming around the bush next to my driveway.
He/she was quite chubby and probably looking for food.
I thought it was pretty cool and adorable.

When I've decided to hold off CTB'ing early 2021 until the late future. Originally, I planned to CTB end of this year or early 2021, but due to some significant change in life circumstances as well as a new calling, I've decided to hold off CTB'ing to the late future.

This intimidatingly beautiful man invited me for dinner and wine tasting on christmas eve 2020 so far was very very much fucked up, i was not even thinking about dating this hit me like a train (No pun intended)
Is it bad that I can't think of anything? I've been trying to think of something positive that happened to me this week for a while now and I legitimately can't think of anything. Would it count to say that I'm one week closer to being free from this existence?
