Well I voted today and it was a pretty pleasant experience because the polling station was at some really fancy hotel. The presidential election may not matter since I'm not in a swing state and all the propositions on the ballot might be designed to mindfuck anyone who even tries to form an opinion as usual but I'm just really glad I got to vote yes on 'Measure PP'. I don't even care what it does, it could legalize genocide and slavery for all I care but the fact that it's called Measure PP makes me proud to be an American.

so the deposit was declined, and it saved my remaining $120 for food.

I'm having a court meeting tomorrow, and I hope it goes in my favor. It's a compensation case after I got seriously injured in an accident. I didn't know/ no warning signs that the bicycle track ended in a steep staircase of concrete. Almost died.

They just announced a new installment for one of my favorite games of all time when I was a kid. I haven't played a new Drawn to Life game in like 10 years and I was so sure they'd never make a new one because the 2nd game ended with a reveal that everything was part of a side character's coma after he got into a car crash that killed his parents and disfigured his sister. If nothing else, I'll get to tap further into more childhood nostalgia.



I also bought Jurassic World Evolution for the Switch and it's pretty fun so far. Makes me feel like I can actually have control over something.

I made a good dinner. My big cat behaved beautifully when I gave him his pedicure. Biden seems to be winning.

Earlier today, I received some needed pain relief injections from my anesthesiologist into my lower back ahead of the necessity to remove heavy snow and ice. Next week I need to arrange for a complementary chiropractic adjustment for augmenting those injections.

my younger son asked me to play a video game on steam with him. He has gone out of his way to spend time with me on this game and in discord. I asked him for years is there anything you play that we can play together, he always said no mother.. we have been playing since saturday. He likes to have schedules he has allocated 4pm to play with me for an hour or so every other day. It's a HUGE step in rebuilding our relationship. This has been the best week since my older son died 3 years ago. I actually get a smile now when my younger son texts me ok mom get in discord.

I'm glad for everyone whose had a good week! here's hoping for another good week for everyone

thank you- yes it does mean the world to me. We are trying to grow closer and heal. My older son died 3 years ago and it caused a lot of damage to our relationship and both of us mentally. 3 years after Joeys death we are finally working together to learn how to find meaning in life again.

also we went out Wednesday before uk lockdown and someone asked "is this your mrs" and he said yes!!
things are going great, im so in love... at the same time im nervous to feel 100% okay.
i never felt depression like this before and i think i will never forget what it feels like to be this down, i forget what happy feels like though, i crave for happiness.
