Help Payment to DMC through paysend

I just tried to buy SN through DMC using Paysend, but was unable to pay and customer support gave me the response below. I received a text from DMC asking for me to switch to PayPal if Paysend doesn't work, but I've already ordered with the Paysend method selected. Is there any way to change my method to PayPal once I've ordered or should I place a second order with PayPal selected?

It says transaction was denied so the funds should not have left your account. That being said using another method would be the only way to proceed. I have seen this before here with Paysend. Works for some and not others. Hope this helps.

Email DMC and check with them. They are happy with PayPal and will accept a SS do prove it's been sent. They are mega quick to reply and are very helpful, so I imagine the order will stand and they will await payment confirmation. It's not done through a normal shop system, even with PayPal they require a ss to prove it's been sent and they manually update it.

I'm having this exact same issue. I'm unable to use PayPal either since the email provided won't show up when I search.

As said above, DMC are super responsive to questions.
I've posted similar messages to this a while back, so I'm sorry if it's repetitive.
I WhatsApp'd DMC a bunch of dumb stuff & they answered quickly, even though I'm a zillion miles away. They also idiot proofed the payment for me because I kept making mistakes (no tech skills). I got the paysend app & because I'd let them know my address & what I wanted, they sent me a payment request for the right amount. It took 2 seconds. I was about to send a confirmation receipt to DMC but they were so so quick - they'd already WhatsAppd me that they'd received the payment.
For anyone struggling - I think finding DMC is the hard part & once you've done that, just reach out to them & they'll help you. They did for me & I couldn't appreciate it more.
