i am well aware that overdosing on meds is not a very successful method to CTB, but i am still curious if i bring myself close to it with a cocktail of the meds i have access to, or at least put myself in the hospital and not just throw up and sleep for 20 hours.

i have access to these:
- Methotrexate
- Prednisone
- Duloxetine
- Pregabalin
- Paracetamol

Well at least of them, the paracetamol, might damage your liver enough for you to have extreme liver damage and then be in the hospital dying a very slow death, oh very painful slow death with your skin and eyes turning yellow from your body poisoning itself.

Another words, PLEASE DO NOT TRY IT AND GET THE DARN IDEA OUT OF YOUR HEAD, PLEASE!!!

I have mentioned it on here before, that I have seen people dying from liver disease where their body is being poisoned and their skin and eyes were yellow and on IV drip for pain till, they died, NO FUN, PURE HELL.

Even if at the time, the organ damage does not show up quickly, down the road, it could come back to bite and bite hard.

I really care about you, and I do NOT want you to suffer ever from any form of damage to the body that is self-imposed.

legitimately the only thing that has stopped me from taking a giant cocktail of all the meds is the possible slow liver damage.... but its also the only viable method i have access to, i think... cutting is flimsy like that too and i do have experience with sh but am afraid of permanent tendon damage if i fail to CTB. i could try partial hanging but theres something about that that i just... i dont know. im not sure about it.
my last method available is probably a car accident. so like, jumping in front of a moving vehicle. but could be wayyy too catastrophic without even ending me, like paralysis or amputation. i dont know. i just need to do it

Yeah, you're right that most overdoses with meds like these don't usually lead to death.

Methotrexate can seriously mess you up, but it's slow as fuck and not guaranteed to kill. You'd need a big dose over time. It hits the liver, bone marrow, causes ulcers, infections. Prednisone is not really lethal in the short term. Might cause electrolyte issues, insomnia, or mood stuff, but you'd need crazy amounts to even risk death and even then it's unlikely. Duloxetine can cause serotonin syndrome, seizures, maybe coma at high doses but most people just get sick, end up in hospital, and recover. Pretty low fatality rate on its own. Pregabalin, and I'm speaking from experience here, will just sedate you, maybe make you blackout or act weird. Not very dangerous by itself unless you mix it with other downers (like benzos or alcohol). Again, not likely to kill you unless the dose is huuuuuge and mixed.
Paracetamol is the real danger. In high enough doses it can kill, but it's a slow and brutal death like we're talking 2–4 days of liver failure. People often feel better for a bit before they crash. If you don't die, you might end up with permanent liver damage. Hospitals can reverse it if they catch it early with a drug called NAC.

So yeah, a combo of these might put you in the hospital, maybe make you really sick, but none of them are guaranteed to do the job unless you take huge doses and even then, it's a gamble. The risk is you survive but end up worse off. Especially with paracetamol. Back when I was a teenager, I did this shit many times. I promise you it's not worth it. I know that's not what you want to hear but I swear to you that you will regret it. There are so many better options that don't require an insane risk like this.
