This easily has to be one of the greatest thrash metal or just metal songs of all time. The bass intro, the riffs, and the solos are so so iconic. The entirety of rust in peace is a masterclass of metal but this has to be one of the crowning jewels of the genre. If you've never heard the song, I massively recommend it. If you have heard it, then I would love to circlejerk about Rust In Peace with you.

IDK man, I suppose RIP is objectively better, but it just doesn't scratch the itch in my head the same way e.g. Wake Up Dead does. Haven't listened to that one in a long time, wow.

I love Testament too! I was just listening to The New Order a little bit ago.

Peace Sells is a great record too. Doesn't quite have the same stellar guitar playing as RIP though. However, Good Mourning/ Black Friday is a god tier song. That riff in the latter half of the song when everything kicks up still sounds as badass as the first time I heard it!
