Help Nothing is accessible

Hi SaSu, this is somewhat a vent, but not entirely.
I recently considered using sn as my method, however because of some medical bills, I can no longer afford it.
I then considered jumping, but the bridge I was going to use ended up getting anti-suicide barriers, so I can no longer use that.
I can't go out and get a rope for suspension, for a variety of reasons which I rather not explain.
I can't get a gun, I don't have a license and one of my roommates are a felon, so guns are not allowed in the house. (atleast while they live here)
I don't know what to do, I need advice, but so many methods are inaccessible, and I am getting desperate.
I don't care how brutal a method is, or how painful, I just need to know something reliable.

Don't pay your medical bills. It's not like you're credit score is going to matter.

I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for, I really wish it's not so unnecessarily difficult to die, it'a unacceptable and extreme cruelty to me how access to painless death isn't a human right, to me it'd be such a relief if the option is there to just easily die in peace.
