• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Ive never dealt with depression like this before

Anxiety yes for sure. But not depression and suicidal ideation like this

My groceries just got delivered to my doorstep. Im laying in bed in the dark, after 5hrs of googling suicide methods

I need to get up and put them away, then cook and eat.

Tasks are usually hard for me anyway due to neurodivergence, this is on a whole other level

The thought of fighting through this to do the things I want: continue work part time, go back to uni and study only 1 subject a trimester, maintain and grow my new relationship, seek help with therapy, go to the gym once a week)

So manageable for some people
Feels so fucking impossible to me and it is in the state im in i think it all is

I want to feel hope again. I also want to die

When things narrow down so much that you feel trapped in a prison, it can be difficult to summon the strength to try to break out. This is where small steps and experiments can be useful. If you try diet and nutrition changes, you might find something that makes things better (even something a simple as taking a vitamin pill once a week could help a little)

Exercise (even just a walk around the block) might help, Adjusting your sleep schedule could be helpful. If you do something to take yourself out of yourself like volunteer work once a week, you might find it can make a positive change.
