My SN failed to arrive, seized at customs?

Hi, I cant tell if the DCL is trying to scam/upsell me or if my package was seized. Universal tracking said it'd arrive by May 7th and its the 18th and has been at Ukranian customs for 8 days....he said my package was most likely seized and wants me to spend 85$ more to get insurance on top of another 50mg replacement. I have like no money and cant afford it not arriving again, what to do??? Pls help if you can I am like so desperate. If anyone has any extra I could lowkey buy a small dose of of you for like under 30??? Will my package arrive and hes trying to scam me? I dont know if this is common for the DCL's orders. Help I might jump in front of a train otherwise...thx

I'm so sorry this happened and it's causing you so much distress. This is so stressful. I don't think you can ask to buy sn from people here tho? You might get scammed too. Anyways I hope you can find a way to resolve this and to find a way to calm yourself. Wishing you the best

Hi. Do you means DSL ? My first package never left U* and after waiting a month, I paid for a new package plus the new insurance for a second package. So now I am waiting for the second package. I have no idea if the second package will end up making it here to the US or not like the first one. I understand the money issues and concern about it not arriving again. It's not easy.

from what i have read on this site, he seems to be genuine and helpful if it gets stuck at customs

he was very helpful when i dealt with him, but since mine arrived with no problems i do not have any experience with it getting stuck at customs
